Apple, Raisin & Almond Crunch Pudding

RECIPE TIPS:
Slice the apples thinly so that they cook until tender. If the marzipan is quite soft, chill it in the fridge before grating it.
This scrummy baked pudding is easy peasy lemon squeezy. (No lemons required, but you know what we mean), simply made by layering sliced apples with flaked almonds, grated marzipan and Jordans Cereal.

3 cups Jordans Cereal
1 tsp butter
4 apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
4 tbsp of water
¼ cup flaked almonds
250 g (9 oz) Marzipan, coarsely grated
Serve with; whipped cream, ice cream, custard…whatever takes your fancy.
